Welcome to LuxeDine. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and services. Please read them carefully before making a reservation, placing an order, or using any feature of our website.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and LuxeDine. We encourage you to review them thoroughly.

Acceptance of Terms

Agreement

By accessing or using the LuxeDine website (luxedine.com), making a reservation, placing an order, or otherwise engaging with our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

Modifications

LuxeDine reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

Reservation Policy

Booking Confirmation

Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of a confirmation email or message from LuxeDine. A reservation is not guaranteed until you receive this confirmation. We recommend confirming your reservation 24 hours in advance.

Cancellation Policy

We kindly request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice for parties of 6 or more may be subject to a cancellation fee of $25 per person. No-shows may be charged the full cancellation fee.

Late Arrivals

We hold reservations for 15 minutes past the reserved time. After this period, we may release the table to accommodate other guests. Please call us if you anticipate being late.

Special Occasions

While we make every effort to accommodate special occasion requests (birthday cakes, decorations, etc.), these are subject to availability and must be arranged at least 48 hours in advance. Additional charges may apply.

Large Party Reservations

Parties of 8 or more may require a pre-selected menu or deposit. Please contact us directly to arrange large group dining.

Online Ordering

WhatsApp Ordering

Our WhatsApp ordering feature redirects you to WhatsApp to place your order directly with our team. Orders placed via WhatsApp are subject to availability and confirmation by our staff. We reserve the right to decline or modify orders based on ingredient availability.

Order Accuracy

Please review your order carefully before submission. While we strive to accommodate modifications, we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been confirmed and preparation has begun.

Pricing

Menu prices are subject to change without notice. The price displayed at the time of ordering will be honored for that transaction. All prices are in USD and exclude applicable taxes and gratuity.

Allergen Information

While we take allergen concerns seriously and provide allergen information upon request, our kitchen handles common allergens including nuts, dairy, gluten, shellfish, and eggs. We cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment. Please inform us of any severe allergies.

Dining Policies

Dress Code

LuxeDine maintains a smart casual to business casual dress code. We reserve the right to refuse entry to guests who do not meet our dress standards. Beachwear, athletic wear, and overly casual attire are not permitted.

Conduct

We expect all guests to conduct themselves in a manner respectful of other diners and our staff. LuxeDine reserves the right to ask any guest to leave who is disruptive, intoxicated, or behaving inappropriately.

Outside Food & Beverages

Outside food and beverages are not permitted on the premises, with the exception of special occasion cakes arranged in advance. A corkage fee of $35 applies to wine brought from outside.

Photography

Personal photography for non-commercial purposes is welcome. Professional photography, videography, or commercial content creation requires prior written approval from LuxeDine management.

Intellectual Property

Website Content

All content on the LuxeDine website, including text, images, logos, graphics, and design elements, is the property of LuxeDine and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

Permitted Use

You may view and print content from our website for personal, non-commercial use only. Any other use, including reproduction, modification, distribution, or republication, requires our prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

Website Availability

LuxeDine does not warrant that the website will be available at all times or that it will be free from errors or viruses. We are not liable for any damages arising from your inability to access the website.

Accuracy of Information

While we strive to keep information on our website accurate and up to date, we make no warranties regarding the completeness or accuracy of menu items, prices, hours, or other information.

Indirect Damages

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LuxeDine shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or services.

Gift Cards & Vouchers

Validity

LuxeDine gift cards and vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated. They are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Lost or Stolen

LuxeDine is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged gift cards. Please treat gift cards like cash.

Governing Law

Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
